At Tony’s Trading Cards, products are sourced, listed and dispatched carefully to ensure continued customer satisfaction. Occasionally however errors may, unfortunately, occur in stock availability or shipping at which point the following refund policy applies.

SECTION 1 – TRADING NAME DISCLAIMER

Tony’s Trading Cards is a trading name of the company Tdogg Trading, owned by Tony Cable.

As such, any and all mentions of ‘Tony’s Trading Cards’ throughout any page of the website www.tonys-trading-cards.co.uk and its associated terms and policies equally apply to the registered company Tdogg Trading.

All rights, liabilities and conditions of Tony’s Trading Card’s are the responsibility of Tony Cable and Tdogg Trading.

SECTION 2 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Customers should please inspect their order carefully upon delivery. If any item is defective, damaged or different from what was ordered, customers should contact info@tonys-trading-cards.co.uk immediately so that an investigation can be carried out and a solution provided as quickly as possible.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product/s have been received. After this time, any claims submitted will be decided upon solely at the discretion of Tony Cable, owner of Tony’s Trading Cards.

SECTION 3 – LOST ITEMS

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Packages deemed lost due to an error on the part of Tony’s Trading Cards or a distribution partner will be re-shipped at the company’s expense. Claims for lost items submitted later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date will be decided upon solely at the discretion of Tony Cable, owner of Tony’s Trading Cards.

SECTION 4 – RE-SHIPMENTS

If a submitted claim qualifies for reshipment of an item/items, this will be carried out at the cost of the company. Reshipment time will be approximately the same length as was applicable for the original item/items in the order.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS

If a claim is submitted for a refund, proof of error/damage will be required in the form of either photographic evidence or return of the item/s in question. To be eligible for a refund, the item/s in question must be in the same condition as when received; unworn or unused and with all original packaging. Customers may also be asked to provide an email receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers will be notified by email once submitted proof has been received and inspected and the refund approved or denied. If approved, funds will be automatically refunded on the customer’s original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.

Items sent back to Tony’s Trading Cards without a customer first contacting the company will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

SSECTION 6 – EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Refund requests based solely on customer choice or error (eg. incorrect option chosen or the customer changing their mind) will be assessed on a case by case basis and decided upon solely at the discretion of Tony Cable, owner of Tony’s Trading Cards.

Certain types of items unfortunately cannot be accepted for return. These include

  • sale items
  • gift cards

Customers should please get in touch via info@tonys-trading-cards.co.uk if they have questions or concerns about a specific item.

SECTION 7 – INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If a package cannot be delivered due to a customer providing an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, then the shipment will be returned to the point of dispatch. Customers will then be liable for any re-shipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed. Any returned packages which are unclaimed after 4 weeks will be returned to stock.

SECTION 8 – CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY

Updates may be made to this refund policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to company practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

SECTION 10 – POLICY NOTE

This Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
